Meet the Team

Director: Ellen Marsden AGSM

Ellen is in the DRMS throughout the week, also working off site as required, she welcomes emails at any time. Please do make an appointment to visit for a chat if you would like to meet in person.

Manager: Lucy Martin

Lucy is usually in the DRMS office from Wednesday to Friday, coordinating lessons and ensuring that the school runs smoothly.

Development Consultant: Dr Melita Armitage

Melita is our Development Consultant. She has over 20 years of experience working in the arts and cultural sectors with specialisms in fundraising, evaluation and project development. She works with organisations that connect people to the places where they live and work and that use creativity to make a difference to their lives.

Melita’s working days for DRMS are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
